Which languages does toik speak?
More than 130, from Polish to Japanese. toik translates both sides of the conversation.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Offline translation is included for life, and Live AI translation is included for the first 6 months. After that you can keep Live AI with a plan in the app, or not. If you don't, nothing is charged.
Do I need an internet connection?
No. Offline translation works without internet. Live AI translation, which sounds more natural, uses your phone's connection.
When do the 6 months of Live AI start?
When you first pair toik with the app, not when you buy it. So if you buy it before a trip or as a gift, nothing is wasted.
When will my toik ship?
In December 2026. We'll email you when it's on its way.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes. Write to us any time before it ships and you get a full refund.
What if it's not for me?
You can return it within 14 days of delivery. Every toik also comes with a 1-year warranty. This doesn't affect your legal rights, including the 2-year legal guarantee in the EU.
What does shipping cost?
€9.99 to any country, whether you order one toik or two.
